Public guided tours of the current exhibition
Public guided tours take place on Sundays at 11:30 am and 4 pm and on Wednesdays at 7 pm. Specially trained staff members of the Education and Outreach Department present the main content of the exhibitions, their creation and organization. Take a look behind the scenes of the museum!
A maximum of 20 people can attend. You can reserve seats by calling 0521-32999500.

Short guided tours during the lunch break: On every first and third Tuesday of the month (except during vacations), a member of our curatorial team offers an approx. 30-minute guided tour through the current exhibition. This tour is included in the admission price and allows in the middle of the day, a short but intense look at a selected group of works or one of the themes of the exhibition.

Offers for the blind and visually impaired
For each exhibition we offer at least one date with a guided tour for this group of people – sighted people are also welcome to join this special guided tour.
Costs: Admission + 2 €

In cooperation with the Stadttheater and the Kunsthalle, the group offer “Experience Bielefeld in a meaningful way” can be booked at Bielefeld Marketing GmbH, which is specially tailored to the needs of the visually impaired and blind. Interested parties are invited to experience Bielefeld in a meaningful and culturally rich way during a three-day stay. The services will be individually tailored to the group.
